The center established several research labs with advanced equipment and instruments for water and wastewater analysis and treatment and renewable energy including:
- Water Quality Testing Laboratory for testing the possible chemical and biological contamination of drinking water. This lab is now certified and serves the southern part of the west bank in drinking water quality tests.
- Wastewater testing and treatment Lab for testing, characterization and treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater.
- Renewable energy lab for testing solar PV cells and solar thermal panels, weather station, air pollution measurement systems.
